Postage direct from Cambridge Traditional Products

Our products are available from wholesalers and retailer stockists across the UK.

We are also able to package and send orders directly from our base in Cambridge. Free delivery is available on orders over £100. This often suits wholesalers and retailers in geographic areas not supported by our agents. Otherwise delivery is £15 on all orders below £100. 

The high cost of delivery is only due to the fact that most of customers buy products direct from wholesalers and retailers, so we don't package and send enough products directly from our Cambridge base to access cheaper delivery deals. There is also a high cost related to transporting a flammable product safely.

Returns

We get so few complaints so we confidently say, if you are unhappy with the product, return it to us, and we will replace it, and cover the cost of postage. Alternatively, you can return goods to the shop you bought them from and we will sort things out with shop.
